Singapore Employment Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) Briefing Session
As you may be aware, the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has recently announced the Fair Consideration Framework (FCF), which requires employers to consider Singaporeans fairly before hiring employment pass (EP) holders. Employers who show discriminatory hiring practices will be subject to additional scrutiny and may even have their work pass privileges curtailed. These changes set the expectations for employers to adopt fair employment practices and help enhance job market transparency.
